SELECTION PROCESS OF MINDTREE THROUGH CAMPUS RECRUITMENT.

The very first round will be online aptitude test which follows AMCAT pattern.

APTITUDE TEST:

1. QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE.
2. VERBAL.
3. LOGICAL.

Soon after this test if you get selected you will have PROGRAMMING ROUND.

The programs I got were,
To print the following pattern.
1*2*3*4
9*10*11*12
13*14*15*16
5*6*7*8

The next program was to print the distinct elements in an array
(can use any language ).
You will get through this round if you get BOTH THE OUTPUTS, OR ONE OUTPUT, OR BOTH PARTIAL OUTPUTS.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW:

Asked me to introduce myself,
Difference between JVM, JDK.
Asked me to justify that JAVA is platform independent
SCOPE of variable.

Explain public static void main.
Explain interface, abstract class.
Difference between Arraylist and vectorlist.
Asked about multiple inheritance in java.

Cardinality ratio.
What is PRIMARY KEY,FOREIGN KEY
DATA ABSTRACTION.

Since I included mini project on DBMS, interviewer asked me few questions on SQL, basic questions on projects.
(IF YOU PREPARE WELL ON THE LANGUAGES AND PROJECTS YOU HAVE INCLUDED IN YOUR RESUME YOU WILL CRACK TECHNICAL INTERVIEW).

Then the HR ROUND:

where I was asked to introduce myself, why do you want to join mindtree,why should we hire you?
and one logical question. (be optimistic and confident).
