Placement Papers - MindTree

I had a very good experience at mindtree. I got shortlisted through amcat for junior engineer. There is no written test as filtered through amcat. The entire process took for 10 hrs. The rounds are as follows.

1. Essay writing(this is not elimination round).
2. Gd (personal intro, two general topics).
3. Technical round.
4. Hr.

In essay writing a customer related question will be asked. In gd general topics will be given. Confidence and flow of thoughts will be seen. As I am from ece they asked me only basics of C and networking
