Placement Papers - MindTree

I has to post it anonymously. It was a two round. First round is aptitude conducted by aspiring minds. The second round was a programming round. Out of about 45 students of our department we 8 members alone cracked the first round. Out of which 5 boys and 3 girls. I am good at programming but not the others (only boys). So we discussed before the test. It was a 45 min test which is not sufficient. Though managed to write but didn\'t get the output for both the programs.

In meantime while I am typing others were trying to understand the question. It went on. Late the same evening received a mail from the campus drive that only 3 of 8 had been chosen for technical and HR interview. Which I wasn\'t selected. The three members were 2 girls and a boy who did understand the question. So however you try hard to get placed the mindtree it totally based on luck as per my views.

NOTE: It was totally experienced by myself and the above thing in my point of viewing the MINDTREE placement.
