Hey Everyone,
This is Jafeer Ali from Panimalar Engineering College.
Eligibility Criteria : 60% in (10th, 12th ) Upto 2 standing arrears in UG.
MindTree Campus Drive conducted by AMCAT.
1. Online Aptitude Test.
2. Online Programming Test.
3. Tech cum HR.
>>Online Aptitude Test:
Total Time Duration: 75 mins (25 mins for each).
1. Verbal (25 questions).
2. Analytical (25 questions).
3. Logical (25 questions).
Sectional CUT-OFF is there, we can\'t go back for previous question :(
To crack this Round see all previous Interview Papers conducted by AMCAT, most of the questions repeated.
No elimination in this round.
>>Online Programming Test:
Time Duration: 45 mins.
Two Programs:
1. Find prime numbers upto n numbers.
2. Eliminate repeated letters in Array.
You can choose C, C++, Java.
I Chose C (they prefer C).
I got Output for first.
Among 1000+students college 75 students were selected. Selection based on two rounds, second round important for selection. Results announced after two days, also said next round after two weeks.
>>Tech come HR:
This Round conducted at St.Joseph College of Engineering.
Initially, I was little bit nervous, afraid of communication.
I was went through all technical areas (OOPS, DS, OS, DBMS etc).
They called my name I was waiting in front of interview panel, for one guy interview was going for 45 Mins, after that, I was entered.
Interviewer ask me to sit, I thanked and sit.
Interviewer: Tell me about yourself.
Me: Greetings (Good After Noon).
- I am Jafeer hail from Pudukkottai. Academic details (UG, 12th, 10th with college school name).
- Family information.
- I have great passion towards Programming. My biggest strength Smart Work, Self-learning, Adaptability. My hobbies are calligraphy, surfing, editing videos & photographs. I always try to unique.
That\'s all :)
Interviewer: Tell your unique thing about you?
Me: Sir, I am smart worker, I never study for exams, just go through book for less than one hour.
Interviewer: Why can\'t you put hard work?
Me: Sir, I am good listener in classes, that\'s enough to write exam still I have 8.0+ CGPA.
Interviewer: Good, Its really a unique thing, why you love programming?
Me: I got excited when output came, It let me to learn further level of programming.
Interviewer: Tell about MindTree.
Me: CEO name, Revenue, Tagline.
Interviewer: Let\'s go to programming, (he seen my program whatever did in programming test) he asked why did not do second program?
Me: (I told the mistake done by me & rewrite the program).
Interviewer: Jaffer, write one toughest program?
Me: I said, I could write program for FLAMES & explained.
Interviewer: My questions over do you have any queries?
I asked two questions & he answered. He wished me GOOD LUCK. Interview lasted only for 15 mins. I left the room.
Results Announced after 6 hours & also give offer letter (not provisional).
Became MindTree MIND.
In this round, they check our learning ability & communication, That\'s all.
Really, great experience with MindTree.
Everyone Can, this is my eighth interview don\'t depressed if you are not placed, interview is nothing.
