PAPER: SATYAM PAPER ON 16th FEBRUARY AT TRIVANDRUM ( WRITTEN AND INTERVIEW)
The recruitment process is of 2 stages:
1.Written
2.Interview
In written test the questions are 15 and duration is 30 min. The aptitude questions are easier than logical reasoning. But there were more reasoning questions & questions were very lengthy. You need little practice beforehand else u find fearful to read them thinking u will loose your time reading them but they are easy ones provided u have worked on them before my experience is to start from last page there u will get some logical question together with 3,4 reasoning question will let u crack it. Don\'t ever blindly mark the answers but some of my friends out of look blindly got through if u r so lucky u can.
Topics to be learnt:
1. Probability
2.Time & work
3. Pyramids
4. Simple interest & compound interest
5. Profit & loss
6. Paragraph conclusions
7. Data sufficiency
9. Logical reasoning
10. Blood relations.
11. Ages.
NOTE: There is 1/4th negative marking in written test. It doesn\'t have sectional cutoff but it has both lower cutoff & higher cutoff, for us it was around 7(lower). The questions were entirely different 4m those earlier papers posted here ,so make sure that u r well prepared. The questions were very lengthy. Time management is very important!!!!! I was able to attempt hardly 9 question . But however I got through.
I felt like I\'m so lucky and was not at all prepared for interview now i regret little preparation would have surely made me belong to satyam poor girl don\'t ever do it some of my close friends didn\'t got through the aptitude. we all prepared together only seeing the question paper they got tensed never do that .It will be simple me was very cool don\'t ever get tensed .nothing more.
Below i have spotted the question asked my Answer were not at all good. i knew the concepts and was giving vague answer going around the bush. .so i don\'t give the answers no use for u all. Before that i would like to tell you something. it will all depend on the panel u get some were so friendly & only HR .some were so long ones mine was a mean person i would say he was yawning all over. AND never looking at face but it taught me a lot overcome the stress sections. i don\'t know is it because of my answer.
TECH/HR INTERVIEW:
It was nearly 8pm in the evening when my turn came!!! It was very exhausting to wait for such a long time. I entered the room, praying to all kinds of Gods I knew.
HR: So you are Revathi from Amrita
HR: (went thru my resume ) what\'s the topper of your class score???
HR: Tell me the paper u got highest marks
HR: Then a series of question
1. Virtual function
2. Semaphores
3. Deadlock
4. Inline function
5. Diff b/w structural & procedural language
6. Inheritance ( multiple)
8. Relational DB....Primary key, Foreign key
SO THE KEY IS CONFIDENCE, & LITTLE PREPARATION ON THE BASICS according to me. Be confident and win the race.
