Hi Friends
Im selected for Satyam. I would like to share my interview experiences.
GD topics are:
1.solution for terrorism.
2.Mobile technology advantages and disadvantages.
3.Globalisation
Some of the GD tips :
1.Try to occupy middle or corner places.
2.Before 5 minutes of the discussion, group members decide a topic.
3.After going into discussion add some idoms like "idle man\'s brain is devils place".
4.Add some recent incidents regarding the topic.
5.If u r an intiator or concluder take 1 minute or one and half minute to say ur points.
6.Never allow discussion between two persons.
7.Give a chance to others if they have point to say,did not get chance to say.
8.Eventhough others said ur point,don\'t hesitate and say the same in others worlds.
9.Eye contact is every important.maintain it
10.Dont lean or relax meanwhile of the discussion.maintain the position from beginning to end.
11.Dont twist or trigger ur pen.try to take the cap before and keep it aside.
12.Never show ur shyness to interviewer.though ur telugu medium student.be bold and clear. so that everyone in the audible.
GENTS;keep ur top shirt button.dont widen ur legs or don\'t shake them.
At the of our discussion many made these mistakes.
HR INTERVEIW OR TECHNICAL:
For me it is HR interview.
1.what is the topic in GD:.what u concluded.
2.what is ur weaknes::I said helpining nature.
3 Spport ur answer::iam the of the cultural committee.in that I heled all by taking the pain.
4.How would u overcome ur weaknes::just doing what is needed to me and for the needy people.
5.What is ur goal:to become a CEO.
6.Then start a company of urs and become CEO::
I have no financial support and no experience to start a compy.
7.I think u work for 10 years in satyam then u start a compy and will u become CEO.::I want to be in satyam and wish to be in high position.that may be CEO.but peak position in satyam.
8.After 5 years where u would like to see urself::in a prestigious position, I will be leading a team successfully. I will be project manager.
9.Any I should know about u::iam friendly with my classmates. I create friendly environment wherever iam.
10.How many friends u have::many in my class, out of the college.
11.Why only satyam::satyam treat employees as associates.give value to their innovative ideas. first day onwards every employee feel as CEO. said about the company profile.
BE BOLD DONT BE TENSE BEFORE THE INTERVIEWER.
U urself shut the door. keep always gentle smile on ur face. interveiwer tries to be confused and made u in stress. dont worry and dont babble or bluf. be cool.try to get the answer in our mother tongue and convert into english and explain the interveiwer.
