Hi Friends

I\'m Abhiman a 2005 passed out fresher completed B.E (Mech) from VTU.

Seeing this booming s/w industry, I realized that this is the industry where I can grow exponentially.

I have been applying in various software companies from various channels but I couldn\'t get a s/w job. But finally mera number aagaya just after a couple of failures. I succeeded in getting a job in Satyam.

Friends, what I would say to those who are job less and from non-CS background is, Don\'t think that you are not suitable for a s/w job. It\'s true that opportunities are less for us but we just need one break in one company Right? ;-) Can\'t we get? I got and you also will!

What helped me? I think few factors might have helped me in getting this job. My academics,
communication and interpersonal skills, friends help and finally Aptitude skills and a s/w course
(Mainframe course in my case). (You could do any other course. I feel a course will give a fresher
an edge over others.)

Let me share some thing more about the rest process. It was off-campus test at Bangalore from
25th Feb to 26th Feb. I believe they have different sets for different batches.

One question on ratios.
One on calendar
Two questions on English passage (paragraph)
One on series (missing no)
One simple question on C. They have given a fragment of the code that
contains a for loop with few expressions.
One question on Area - circles.

This is all I remember about the test paper. Hope I shall send more if I could recall.
