Hai Friends
I attended SATYAM whose procedure is as usual which contained 15 questions (NOTHING REPEATED) but pretty EASY which u have to slove within 30 min. The topics on S.I, C.I, Critical reasoning 3/4 ques, Analytical 2 ques, 4 figs given n find the next like that a ques,a ques on Basics, clock, calendar, speed n time, AVERAGES etc which all contained 5 options.
Dont guess the answer here bcoz -ve marking is there. Only tick the answer in which u r confident. I have attended 10 answers correctly n 3 guessed. I got selected 4 the 1 round.
Then in GD they gave the current topics (like FIFA CUP, Doctor\'s strike, Failure of AGNI n INSAT 4C etc). Be cool n BE INTERACTIVE, else u wont b selected. Dont think that u give only a or 2 sentence n then sit quietly. BE INTERACTIVE. They r checking 4 that only, but be polite n dont ARGUE n try to have Interpersonal skills in GD n use nice slangs. They check ur COMMUNICATION also. be PROACTIVE. In my GD i was the initiator. But be careful if u r initiating. It may also drop out if u r not good enough (UR STUFFS).
They selected 3 / 4 from each grp of 10 members. Finally i cleared this also
I proceeded 4 Technical n HR within half an hour n the 2 ladies were really cool. Since i am a non IT stdnt they didn\'t touched much in C, C++. (but basics n some programs) n from my Subjects. My technical n HR ladies were really cool n good n friendly with me through out the interview. I was interviewed around 20 minutes n I answered 99% of the technical questions n HR also very well with confidence.
At last they announced the result in the night ( 10 PM ). Finally I was selected. Now Iam a SATYAMITE. I am really happy n now I reached my I goal/step in my life.
Its really cool n u dont need to worry. Just go thro RS AGGARWAL the above said topics, technical n in HR be prepared to express/sell urself so that u will b purchased in this competitive market.
This grp helped me a lot n so I would like to thank the members who shared their experiences to help others. Please If u got selected share ur xperience which will b helpful to others. I pray for u all those who r yet to be placed. my saying "Be Confident in U" u will win !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never loose determination even if u fail....
