Colleges participated : 2 ( NIE & SJCE ).
Written test : 15/10/17.

Details : It had 2 sections of MCQ , quantitative aptitude (60) & verbal (55), with a duration of 90 minutes. Result of written test was given on 13/12/17. 12 from NIE & 12 from SJCE was selected for personal interview.

Personal interview : 25/01/2018.

Details : They had 2 panel\'s for Civil & Mechanical. 1 panels Electrical.
Civil interview - 2 members were there in the panel.

Area of interest.
They\'ll ask Questions on area of interest.
Tell me about your project.
Why do you want to join L&T.
What is your ambition.
What leadership qualities you have.

Shortlisted candidates were called for another round in the afternoon where they gave a quote to talk on for about 2 minutes.(It was conducted to test the communication skills).

Tip : Be confident & tough.

Note : Underweight candidates were rejected instantly.
