L & T Techmology Services Interview Experience - Nagpur, 31/03/2017

Hello Everyone. I am Shrikant Harankhede from YCCE Nagpur(ET stream). LNT TS Being a core company only ET/ECE, CS/ctech streams were eligible.
The criteria was above 6.75 aggregate GPA till seventh semester with no live back logs and 60% 60% in Xth and Xllth/equivalent.
The aptitude test duration was of 90 mins and 90 questions constituting sections of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal reasoning and technical part. There were 30 questions in the technical part.
The major questions were from microprocessors, networks, Boolean algebra, analog circuits, communications. Don\'t be worried seeing this many topics. You just need a basic knowledge of all this subjects to get through the technical part. The other 3 parts were of 20 questions respectively. All of the sections were of moderate level and one could easily solve them. Practicing Rs Agarwal and questions on indiabix are enough to get them done. There was no sectional cut off for each section.
In quants majority of the questions were from probablity and speed time distance and work calculations. Psychometric test was also there but it was not compulsory to attempt it. Even I didn\'t attempt it. After aptitude out of nearly 400 500 students nearly 130 students were selected for group discussions.
The duration for GD was of 8 minutes and general and current trending topics were given for GD. Our panel got the topic \'India\'s fight against black money\'.
In GD the instructions were given as of what stuff they are going to see. The major concern was to stay on the topic without diverting it and speak out valid points without cutting others and communicating with confidence.
After group discussions about 80 90 students were short listed for technical interview.
During technical interview the questions were mainly asked on final year project. So I would suggest to get every know how about your project.
Then there were questions on opams mosfets and diode circuits, filters, micro controller, thevenin Norton theorem. You should stay clear and confident. If you have good domain knowledge, you can easily get through.
Finally.. here comes the HR round... All general questions. Tell me about yourself, hobbies , why lnt, why should I hire you, location problems, any plans for higher studies... In HR be calm coz u r almost there. Speak with confidence and be prepared with this general questions and do listen the presentation of lnt personnels carefully.
It\'s tough to wait after HR right.. finally the list was out on 4/03/2017 and I was one among the choosen 67 people who are going to be a part of L and T technology services.
