The Company Conducted its hiring process virtually, just because of the current pandemic.
The post offered is an Analyst and the qualification required for this is B.Com(H)/B.Com/B.A(eco)/M.Com.
There were a total of 5 rounds which are as follows:
(NOTE- Each round was a qualifying round).
1) Online assessment - Questions related to quantitative aptitude, Verbal ability, and Logical Reasoning were asked. The time allotted was 1hour for 50 questions.
Followed by,
2) Psychometric test - Questions were all related to the personality check, the time allotted was 15 min. For 15 questions.
After both rounds, students were shortlisted based on Merit and their Resume.
3) GD- Group Discussion was held between 5 students on the concerned topic and thereafter 2 students were shortlisted from the group for the next round of an interview.
4) HR Round- General questions were asked like what an HR usually asks for.
Further Students were shortlisted for the last and final Round of interviews Called a Technical one.
5) Technical Round- As the post is related to an analysis (Audit, Tax). All questions Were related to the Accounting concepts. So one must be prepared with this all and must have a basic conceptual knowledge regarding the posts.
Therefore the best and the most framed students have been selected for the position after conducting several Rounds.
