Hi Friends
This is SINDUSHREE from JNNCE, Shimoga. Keane visited our campus on 3rd April 2008. The test pattern was like this
There were 4 rounds
-- Written test (Aptitude test and a paragraph to check written communication skills)
-- Group discussion
-- Technical interview
-- HR interview
The Written round started at 9:05 AM. They asked us to write the paragraph first for first 5 mins. The topic for the essay was "describe your most rewarding experience".
Then they distributed the papers and the question paper consisted of 3 sections, quantitative aptitude, English and Logical Reasoning and all the sections were compulsory. There was sectional cut off, so be careful in time management.
Questions in the Aptitude were mostly the ones which I had solved.. please refer previous papers for the questions.. they are really helpful. Also refer RS agarwal for QA.
English was very easy. Questions were on basic grammar.
For Logical reasoning u should be careful in solving, a single mistake there can cause serious problems as u have to attend 2-3 ques on the same given set of data. So be careful here. Be there at the venue early by a few mins coz they are always punctual.
After the written test they gave PPT and after that they announced the ones who had cleared the first round and their groups for the group discussion round. Our topic was "should we have youngsters in the Indian cricket team or the experienced players?". Never go out of the topic in GD and say the things clearly which u want to. 6 were selected from our group of 8 and I was one amongst them.
Soon after GD they started technical round. They ask the basics in the subs which we have studied and be confident in answering. This round lasted for around 45 mins.
Just a few mins after technical round they called for HR interview and this went pretty good. HR was friendly. He asked general quesns and for girls he asked abt marriage and al.. plans regarding that.
After that they finally announced the list of ones who got selected and gave us the offer letters. 20 were selected from our college and I was one amongst them.
So Friends never lose hopes... Work and god\'s grace go hand in hand.. So Believe in yourself and in GOD.. success will be yours..
