This job role is mainly on Technical support I mean an IT Help Desk. Totally there are three rounds:
1. JAM/GD.
2. Communication Test.
3. Techincal round.
JAM/GD- They put on a Jam session for me. They asked me to take any topic and explain it for 2 minutes and I took one topic and explained it. I cleared in this round. Move to the next round.
Communication test- This round is very tough guys. In this round, you can find TOFEL-type rounds.
1. Reading test- They will give on passage and within 15 minutes you have to read the passage and answer the questions. The passage consists of 2 pages and I got 10 questions to answer and this passage is very tough to understand.
2. Listening test- In this round, he will use computer speakers to listen to a story. After listening of the story for 10 minutes questions will be asked through speakers and a separate answer sheet is given to you to fill these answers. You have to listen to the story/conversation carefully and questions, options to that questions everything you have to listen carefully to answer those questions.
3. Writing test- In this round, he will give one topic/situation you have to write that topic with neat presentation and with good grammar and how you are using the words to form a sentence. Everything he will check.
After completion of these rounds results will be announced. Unfortunately, I cleared these rounds. After the completion of those rounds, I don't have any hopes guys. The final round is the technical/HR round. This round is very very is easy guys.
He will ask the questions based on your resume that's it. Simple questions guys. Tell me about yourself, tell me about your favourite hero, and some questions from your family background. This is my interview experience guys. Now I am waiting for my results. Finally, he told me that you could leave for the day and the results will be intimated you through HR. But the company is a very good guy. The working atmosphere and package, facilities everything is good. If you get an opportunity in this company don't lose guys.
