I am Rajesh Kumar Nayak from igit Sarang, Odisha. I would like to share my views. On date 10-11/Oct/2011 JSL came to our college, test pattern is like this 1.
1) Technical 50 questions.
2) Aptitude 30 questions.
Time 60mins.
My branch was civil engineering most of the questions were from concrete and structure aptitude is very easy.
In the interview they ask me.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW:
1. What is your rank in jee?
2. Why you join civil engineering?
3. What are your favourite subject?
4. Then m25 concrete proportion.
5. Draw the bending moment and shear force diagram.
HR INTERVIEW:
1. What is your strength and weakness.
2. Why you want to join JSL.
3. What you know about our company.
4. Tell me about yourself.
5. Difference between steel and stainless steel.
