Placement Papers - IRIS Business

Hi friends,

I am placed in iris India business services.
From datta meghe college, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
They visited our campus on 13 Oct.
They used to take the aptitude test first but they took GD first.

But don't worry both are easy.
In GD the main thing they check is courage to speak. Even 2 - 3 points raised by you will do it. Also, your academics matter.
Topic was given to our group was reservation.

Out of group of 13. 12 were selected.

Then They took aptitude.

It consists of:

1. Quantitative (10 questions) easy. Based on formulae only.
2. Logical reasoning (15-20 questions) consists of image puzzles and logical puzzles. It was also easy.
3 Technical (nearly upto 30+ questions) based on java, dbms. You should be cleared with your basics. N that will do it.

Time limit is 60 questions in 60 min.

I solved 60 questions in 55 min.
Then technical interview was conducted.

They asked me questions which were easy. You should be clear with your basic concepts plus some basic program like factorial, Fibonacci, prime and some basic queries of RDBMS. Date will do it.

The final is HR interview:

For HR be calm. First, understand questions carefully then give the answers. Be frank in HR.
Finally, out of 40 students, 5 were selected and I was one of them.
So all the best.

Don't be sad if you haven't placed till now.
Before that 6 companies had visited. But finally placed.
Just believe in yourself. That is what I have done.
