Intel Interview conversation:
Date: 18 March 2014.
Time: 10:15 am. To 11:00 am.
Formal handshake with a good morning wish to both interviewers. They gave a brief introduction about themself and their department.
Q: What is your interest?
Answer: Coding (development side).
Q: Can you explain your projects done in M.Tech?
Answer: I explained my projects according to my subjects' projects Ethical hacking and web security.
Q: Why no one is having 10-pointers from your college?
Answer: Faculties are so strict in giving marks and we are having percentage system rather than Percentile system. Faculties and our director believe in knowledge rather than marks.
Q: Can you explain your project?
Answer: They were too much interested in this answer. Because it was a chess game and one of the.
(Interviewer has already developed that project so they were taking too much interest so I explained it very briefly and all functionality.)
Q: Have you ever worked with GUI?
Answer: Yes sir, I have worked in BE. Final year project where I developed a chess game GUI Interface.
Q: One of the interviewer was having a puzzle. I have a vehicle (two-wheeler) and I have total of 3 wheels and each tyre can run only 10km. So. How long far distance can be covered?
Answer: 15km. After each five km exchange the wheel with a spare wheel.
Q: Suggestion was given why not 4 km?
Answer: I answered with that only you can cover only 14 km. And there will not be full utilization of wheels.
Q: He replied answer. Is corrected. Do you know bit manipulation? I want to print the output of any number by multiplying with 7 and the constraint is that you can't use + and * arithmetic operator.
Answer: Use a time left shift operator which will give in multiple of 8 and then subtract the data once.
