Hello friends, I\'m K.Gopi Krishna from 2011 batch (Ms VLSI & Embedded systems). And here\'s my personal experience at INFOTECH On Campus drive in JNTUH.
The selection process was.
1. Online Test (Aptitude and Technical).
2. Technical HR.
3. HR.
Online test is for 60 minutes consists 60 questions. Out of which 30 technical 10 Verbal ability and 20 Aptitude. And we have sectional cut off. Technical was a bit easy If you are good at B-Tech basics then it\'s a cake walk.
Aptitude was a bit time consuming better solve technical first save some time for aptitude. The questions were tricky yet easy. I suggest R.S agarwal Verbal and APTITUDE. Try solving all the variety of problems.
Topics covered:
ALLEGATION AND MIXTURES,
PARTNERSHIPS,
PROFIT AND LOSS,
AVERAGES,
PERCENTAGE,
PERMUTATIONS AND COMBINATIONS,
COMPOUND INTEREST,
BOATS STREAMS,
TIME AND WORK.
The questions are from the above mentioned topics next section was data interpretation Data Interpretation (10 ques).
Coming to Verbal ability this is also not very difficult. For those who prepared for GRE, that might come handy. The questions asked were Analogy, Fill in the blanks.
First 5 questions are based on Reading Comprehension. Next 3 questions finding the synonym (moderate level) And 3 questions based on analogies, 2 questions fill the blanks with appropriate word(Intermediate level). Next 30 questions were Technical which was easy as I mentioned earlier.
Technical HR:
Confidence and cool headed attitude will make a huge difference .They asked questions dependent on the info given on my resume/CV so be confident on what you put on the resume. They were trying to confuse repeatedly asking "Are you sure- Are you sure". Don\'t fumble justify your answer whether right or wrong. They asked me questions from DFT, Digital design, and also from C (regarding storage and length).
HR:
This is the thing nothing to worry. They asked to tell about myself followed by questions like where would you prefer to work, career goals, where do you expect yourself after 5 years.
Hope my info helps you.
All the Best.
