Instead of writing useless stuff I would quickly come to the point.
Just 2 rounds were there:
1. Aptitude (Quantitative + Verbal + Logical Reasoning).
2. Personal Interview / HR Interview.
Infosys visited our campus on 04th Sept 2017. In the morning we had the pre placement talk of about 1 hour. After that, we had the aptitude exam.
For Logical Reasoning, there were 15 questions. 10 from data interpretation and 5 from data sufficiency. Time limit for this section was 25 minutes.
In quantitative, there were 10 questions. 5 were from analytical reasoning, 1 from cryptarithmetic, 2 from probability, 1 from series, and 1 from profit and loss. Time limit for this section was 35 minutes.
In verbal, there were 40 questions. 2 paragraphs were there, each containing 5 questions. 6 questions were from critical reasoning and 8 from sentence correction. Rest were from jumbled sentences. No antonyms or synonyms were asked. Time limit for this section was 35 minutes.
Quantitative and Logical were very easy. Verbal was a bit tough and was very lengthy.
Overall, out of 790 students, only 150 cleared first round. I was one of them.
Next day, interviews were scheduled. My chance came very early. My panel had just one Mam.
Mam: Introduce yourself.
Me: Told.
Mam: Favourite subjects.
Me: DBMS and Computer Networks.
Mam: What is Normalization.
Me: Told.
Mam: What are the different types of joins?
Me: Told.
Mam: Difference between Pointer variable and Normal variable?
Me: Told.
Mam: What are Index in DBMS?
Me: Told partially. :-(.
Mam: What are the different types of Data Structures?
Me: Told.
Mam: Can you tell me something about your final year project?
Me: Told.
Mam: What is SDLC?
Me: Told.
Mam: Any questions?
Me: Asked about work culture and other stuff.
Mam: Explained
Me: Thank you, mam.
Results were declared next day and 94 were selected out of 150.
Unfortunately, I wasn\'t one of them. I don\'t know why I wasn\'t selected.
Anyways, one has to keep trying. :-) :-).
