I attended Infosys placement drive in college.
There were 2 rounds,
1.Online round.
2.Tech+HR round.
Online Round.
It consisted of,
1. 15 questions from logical reasoning, 25 mins.
2. 10 questions from quantitative aptitude, 35 mins.
3. 40 questions from verbal ability, 35 mins.
It was quite easy. I studied for aptitude using pocket aptitude app which is available for free in google play. It is short, sweet and crisp. I suggest this app instead of buying book which is also good but it is too much to solve.
I went through all the topics in this app and found the online round easy.
There were about 300 who attended the online test and 187 cleared them.
Tech+HR round:
We were told to report at 8:30 in the morning the next day and the interview process started around 9.They were calling for interview in alphabetical order and since my name starts with S I had to wait till 3:30.
At 3:30 went into the cabin, the interviewer welcomed me with a smile.
She went through my resume and asked me to introduce myself. I gave a brief introduction about myself.
Then asked about my college life, the mini projects that I had done.
Finally she gave some situations and asked me how would you deal with them.
I answered all of them confidently which is very important.
That was it she said thank you and I left.
The next day results were selected and 152 out of 187 got selected.
Luckily for me most of my friends also got selected.
Mysore here I come!
My advice is try to answer confidently and don\'t give pre matured answers. Ans according to your instincts confidently. They just test you for your communication skills more than anything else.
All the best!!
