INFOSYS Interview Experience - CMR HYDERABAD, NOVEMBER 23, 2014

Hi all. !
I attended INFOSYS interview on 23 nov 2014.
There are 2 rounds in the selection process:
1. Written.
2. HR.
In written there are 3 sections:
1. Mathematics.
Important topics: Puzzles, time and distance, time and work, allegations and mixtures, boats and trains, simple interest, compound interest, percentages.
2. Reasoning.
Important topics: Number series, coding and decoding, directions, syllogisms.
3. Verbal.
Important topics: 2 reading comprehensions, grammar, error detection, jumbled sentences, prepositions.
After written test on 16 november at 10:30 pm I got mail from Infosys to attend the interview on 23rd nov at 8:30 AM in CMR hyderabad.
On the day interview my slot was at 8: 30 but I waited for 4 and 1/2 long hours called for the interview at 1 O\'clock.
HR interview:
Me: Good morning Sir.
Hr: Good morning.
Hr: Oh what is the meaning of your name (as my name is some what different).
Me: Told.
Hr: Tell me about yourself?
Me: Told.
Hr: What is your mother and father do?
Me: Told.
Hr: Explain your final year project?
Me: Explain it. But he didn\'t satisfied (I thought like that).
Hr: Explain your mini project?
Me: I was explained it clearly (again he seems to be not satisfied).
Hr: What is your favourite subject?
Me: Digital electronics. (as I am from E. C. E).
Hr: What are logic gates and characteristics of NAND gate?
Me: Told.
Hr: What is RS flip flop?
Me: Told.
Hr: What is D flipflop?
Me: Told.
Hr: Do you have any questions for me?
Me: Sir, what are the work timings?
Hr: Explained me clearly.
Me: Sir, Can you give me the feedback?
Hr: It was ok. We will teach you all the things in the training period the only thing you should have is to have basics in you core and should good analytical and logical skills.
Me: Ok thank you sir.
Hr: It was nice meeting you Srisailam.
Me: Thank you sir. It\'s my pleasure meeting you.
#Infosys HRs are very friendly and we just have to go and talk with them that\'s it.
#Once you complete the written means you are almost IN.
#After completion of interview I waited for long 1 month for the results. It was very horrible and unbearable to wait for such a long time but after all #it was a fruitful wait.
#Exactly one year back one day before today that is 23/12/2013 I was unable to clear the written in my campus but this time Placed in infosys today 24/12/2014.
So, guys don\'t be depressed. One day or other you will be place in your dream company, you just have to work hard.
#Going to join in MYSORE on jan 27.
