Hi everyone,

This is the interview experience of an on-campus recruitment.

DAY 1:

We first had the PPT for about 1.5 hrs where they briefed us about the company, training, job and salary.

Then was the aptitude test. The pattern goes like this-.

Section 1 - Arithmetic reasoning and analytical thinking- 15 question in 25 mins.
Section 2 - Mathematical critical thinking and logical reasoning- 10 question in 35 mins.
Section 3 - Test of communicative English- 40 question in 35 mins.

The questions in section 2 are very tricky and you need a lot of time to analyse.

The verbal section was easy in my college. Clearing the aptitude is a main key to get selected.

Then they announced the results almost 3 hrs after we wrote the test.
Luckily I was selected and had to prepare for the technical and hr interview.

DAY 2:

The interview started at around 9:30 and since there were many students selected, it took a lot of time for my turn to come.

It as almost 3:00 when my name was called.
First I knocked the door and went inside.
The very first question asked was:

Tell me about yourself.
I told.

Then he asked me, what is the difference between cs and is? (as I was a student from is).
I told.

Then, what are your subjects of interest?

I told and he asked me all possible questions from those subjects. (Be very clear and thorough with your subjects of interest, as they ask questions from every nook n corner).

He asked, have you done any projects or seminars apart from your curriculum?

I told about seminars as I had not started any projects.

(Guys! please start with mini projects whether or not a part of your curriculum, it plays a major role in your interview, as the companies don\'t just want rank holders, but also someone who has applied their knowledge into some practical application).

Then, he asked, what is the toughest situation you have ever faced?
I told.

Next, do you have any questions for me?
I told no.

Then he said you can leave, I said thank you sir.

Being very calm n cool in the interview is very important. Don\'t put yourself into trouble by getting tensed. Be very frank in all your answers, and answer only if you know anything about the topic.

Thank you, hope this piece of information helped all of you.
