Hello!
This is my experience of the selection procedure of infosys. The aptitude test is not very easy. It was a 95 min test with three sections. Questions mainly on syllogism, data interpretation, data sufficiency, quant, logical and english.
Focus on english and logical to get through the test.
The next and final step is the interview. About 417 people were shortlisted in the aptitude test and went through the interview. It may be pure hr or pure technical or a mixture of both. Mine was a mixture of both. It went on like this.
Hello! Tell me about yourself.
Told (prepare a good answer beforehand).
Tell about your achievements and strengths.
Then I was asked about my project and I answered it well.
Some basic C questions and about SDLC. The results were out and I was selected:-).
