Hi All, I attended INFOSYS interview and will share my experience with all you of you.

This time infosys has changed the pattern from 2 section to 3 section introducing a new section called "critical reasoning" which was termed as the most difficult one and it includes questions from permutation and combination and from probability.So please prepare for these 2 topics very well.

Approx. 900 students sat for INFOSYS placement drive from P.U. The process started with a written aptitute test with 3 sections namely.

1.Quantative ability-------Time duation--25 minutes----Total questions ---15
Cutoff will be around 9 correct.

2.Critical Reasoning------Time duration--35 minutes-----Total questions--10
Cutoff will be around 6or7.

3.Verbal and RC--------Time duration--30 minutes---Total questions--40
Cutoff will be around 20+.

Section 3 will determine whether you will proceed further or not because as an engineer you will not face any difficulty in first 2 sections and will be a cakewalk for you and will not take more than 30 minutes for both the sections

Then after the written exam the candidated were shortlisted for the interview and out of 900 only 400 made it for the interview and I was one of those

Please be prepared with your project and summer training detail as these will be the favorite topic of the interviewer. Interview will be mix of both HR and technical.

During interview interviewer asked me about:

1. IT sector.
2. Projects undertaken.
3. Summer training and.
4. Program in C++.

After all the interviews the result was declared next day and only 170 were finally selected and I was one of them......So before interview have a faith in yourself that you can do it otherwise you might end of not being selected..So be optimistic and determined.
