Hi guys,
I am very happy to share my interview experience. I should be very thankful to IndiaBix. Really it is very useful website. My sincere advice to all the upcoming fellows is not to discourage when first campus drive is lost. Think that something much better one is waiting for you. Coming to my experience our\'s is an off campus. Around 1000+ students were attended for the campus and we all are JKC registered students. We attended for the written test on 25th march. Infosys recruitment process consists of two rounds.
1. Online test.
2. Hr interview.
1. Online test:
Logical reasoning: 30 questions 40 min.
Verbal ability: 40 questions 35 min.
Logical reasoning is very easy. RS agarwal is sufficient to clear this round. CUT OFF for this section is 18. Verbal ability is tough but not too tough. Just tricky.....CUT OFF for this section is 20. Always do the passages last. To clear this section make sure that your passages are correct as they are scoring.
On the same day results were announced. 220 members were got selected. By gods grace I was one of them. we had our interview on 12th april.
We awaited a long time for our turn. My turn came at around 4.30pm. My interviewer is very young and good looking. I wished him and he started interviewing me.....
HR: why infosys?
Me: I started very slowly and he hesitantly told to raise my voice..I was stunned and told. He was not satisfied with my answer.
HR: Will you attend next year, if I reject now?
Me: Yes.
HR: Why?There are other companies which are as good as infosys or even more?
Me: Told with a confident voice.
HR: Do you think you are brilliant?
Me: Replied.
HR: Write c functions as many in 30 seconds?
Me: Wrote.
HR: Write string functions?
Me: Wrote.
HR: Write a c program using pointer?
Me: Wrote.
My interview lasts for about 15 minutes. I am from ECE background..So guys don\'t think that everyone will have the same. It can be pure technical or pure HR or combination of both. Though your communication skills are weak, don\'t worry. Just tell them answers with a very confident tone. Finally I got selected and received call letter on 6th june.
