Hello Friends
I attended Infosys off campus pool drive yesterday conducted at KITS college, Guntur.
First there was written test which consisted of to sections.
1. Logical reasoning.
2. Verbal.
Logical Reasoning section had 30 questions and time allotted was for 40 minutes. The questions were based on figure series, finding the logically related sentences, logical deduction and making judgments. All were very easy. Just have a look on indiabix logical reasoning section i think that will help you get an idea of how to attempt those questions.
Verbal section had 40 questions and the time allotted was 35mins. The questions were based on the sentence correction , placing an appropriate word and reading comprehensions. My suggestion is to go the comprehension part at the end as it consumes more time.
Results were announced after the exam. Out of 2000 students, 250 students were shortlisted. The TR and HR round was conducted on the day.
The HR round was very easy.
Me: Good evening sir.
Int: Good evening.. Have a seat.
Me: Thank you sir.
Int: Whats you name?
Me: said.
Int: How long have you been waiting here?
Me: Since morning sir.
Int: At what time did u come.
Me: around 9 in the morning sir.
Int: Where do u stay?
Me: said.
Int: How will you go now?
Me: Said.
Int: Okay tell me quickly about urself
Me: Said.
Int: Okay now tell me about the project you have done
Me: Said.
Int: Ok are you good at C?
Me: Yes sir.
Int: Ok Let me give a small program
(He gave a program on reversing a string without using string handling functions. Tried to write the program!).
Int:What other languages do u know apart from C?
Me: said.
Int: Are you ready to relocate?
Me: Yes sir.
Int: Okay You may leave now
Me: Thank you sir.
The results were mailed by night! And I got selected :).
All the very best!!.
