Hello everybody. I recently attended the Infosys placement drive held on 1st July in karnal. So I am here to share my experience with you all.
There were two round. First was the online test and second round was the HR round.
The online test consisted of two sections.
First : the general verbal and non verbal reasoning.
Second : the English test.
The test can easily be cracked by practicing the general questions based on verbal and non verbal reasoning.
The second round which was the HR round. As told by my seniors and all the reviews on this website the HR round of Infosys is not a tough nut to crack and so it neither it was.
The HR round was as follows.
HR : Tell me about yourself?
Me : Told.
HR : Do you have any knowledge about C?
Me : Sir being an electronics student I have only that much knowledge as I was taught in my first semester.
HR : OK can you make a program on any logic in C language?
Me : I wrote a program on adding of two numbers.
HR : Tell me the logic of checking for a prime number?
Me : Told.
HR : Being an electronic student why do you want to join an IT company?
Me : Told.
HR : OK finally tell me about you final year project?
Me : Told.
So this was my HR round. Isn\'t it simple? Out of 84 students of my college 24 students cleared the written test and in the final round 21 cleared the HR round. So once you clear the written test your job is almost 95% done. The basic aim of the HR round is to check the communication skills and the confidence of the candidate. A big thanks to indiabix and all the very best to all those sitting for the placement in the near future.
