Now coming to my interview experience:
After waiting for some time, my name was called out for PI.
Me: May I come in Sir?
HR: Yeah sure, please come in.
Me: Nice to meet you Sir.
HR: Nice to meet you too.
*Me standing beside the chair*
HR: Please sit down.
Me: Thank you Sir.
*Interviewer maintained silence while browsing my resume*
HR: Arnab right?
Me: Right sir.
HR: See, you have got good grades, good marks and you have cleared the online test. So 90% of the job is done, the rest 10% is this PI that will decide your fate.
Me: Okay sir.
HR: So this PI will consist of two parts, one is the technical part and another is the behavioral attitude part.
Me: Okay Sir.
HR: So let's start with the introduction, tell me about yourself.
Me: *Told* **be precise but informative and more importantly remain calm but your senses should be in hyperactive mode...remember they will behave like they are not listening...but trust me...they will listen everything...and they will ask questions from your introductory speech...so make sure not to tell lies**
HR: Okay, you mentioned about gaming. What kind of games do you play?
HR: So you like TPS games only?
ME: Yes sir. I love playing Role Playing Games (RPG) but I dont play FPS.
HR: Okay good. What is the last game that you have played?
HR: Okay good. Have you heard of Quick?
Me: No Sir.
HR: It was a game during my college days.
Me: Okay Sir *Smiling*
HR: Now tell me Arnab, you are from electronics background right?
Me: Yes Sir.
HR: Now tell me what is an Operating System?
HR: What Operating Sytems are you aware of?
HR: What is Android?
HR: What is IOs?
HR: Have you used IOs?
HR: Okay good. Now your technical part is over. Now I will go to behavioral attitude part.
Me: Okay Sir.
HR: What is the toughest decision made by you till dtae?
HR: How do you solve a problem?
HR: As I saw in your resume you are the Technical Head of your college, right?
Me: Yes Sir.
HR: What is your role as the Technical Head?
HR: When faced with the responsibility of organizing a particular event, what is your approach?
HR: Okay good, your PI is over Arnab. Do you have any questions?
Me: I would like to know about Infosys and it's ongoing projects.
Me: Okay Sir.
*After that there is a long pause of nearly 15 seconds*
Me: May I leave Sir?
HR: Yeah sure.
*About to leave after opening the door*
HR: One minute Arnab, do you have any problems with relocation?
Me: No sir, not at all.
HR: Do you want to work on any specific technology/platform or are you open to any platform?
