Hello, This is Niharika. We had infosys written on 24th of march and 116 cleared written. Written was all about reasoning and verbal. In reasoning, there were syllogisms, bar graph, picture series, data sufficiency. And in the verbal is all about theme detection, comprehensive paragraphs, sentence correction and word selection. Written is where you need to concentrate to get placed in infy. Interview is just a cake walk.
I cleared written and we were interviewed on 29th march.
Finally, around 8pm my name was called for interview.
I entered the panel and greeted him good evening. He asked me to have my seat. I said thank you and sat down.
He: Tell me about yourself.
Me: Told. Do not mention about your family unless they ask you to. Just speak about your accomplishments and projects.
He: OK. Tell me something about the latest softwares your aware of.
Me: Told about android versions.
He: Asked me write an overriding program in c++.
Me: Scribbled something. He wasn\'t satisfied.
He: Write a query to print the given names in descending order.
Me: Wrote.
He: Talk about normalization.
Me: Spoke.
He: Sorting techniques in data structures.
Me: Told.
He: Software engineering models.
Me: Happily told.
He: Advantages and disadvantages of all the sorting techniques you mentioned.
Me: Told.
He: OK thank you. I just have two more questions. Would you like to relocate?
Me: Yes sir, definitely.
He: Do you have any questions?
Me: Asked about his journey in infosys and qualities one need to possess to obtain a good position in infy.
He: Answered my question and told thank you.
Me : Thank you so much sir.
