I faced the 1st ever interview of my life for infosys.

I had a fine interview of 45 min.

First of all I entered the hr room and politely greeted the hr, after that he asked me to have a seat. He asked me to introduce myself.

This is question is one of the most common question asked in any interview but its also like a cake placed on a plate all you need to do is eat it.

I answered sir my name is XYZ I completed my matriculation from XYZ inst, +2 from XYZ inst. Sir I am not a hard worker but a smart worker so you can depend on me.

Then he asked what are the difference between hard work and smart worker?

I answered sir working hard with 100% effort is hard work but when you use your brain to overcome all the problems is called smart worker. In simple logic we can say working hard gives experience and experience teaches how to work smartly.

In my resume I had written that my hobby is playing online games so he asked how can this hobby help their company?

I answered sir I come in contact with different people and different culture so I can adjust with any environment and situation which can help your company a lot.

Then he asked why did you choose infosys?

I said sir working with infosys is not a job its a journey, where I will start as a fresher in my way I will sharpen my skills and gain experience to achieve my goals.

Then he asked what languages do you know?

I said sir I know C, C++, Java, html and .Net.

Then he asked me to write 3 or 4 programmings like use of recursion, use of classes etc.

Then he asked me what have you did in your B-Tech life?

I said sir I have done many things like organizing techfest in our college.

He asked what problems have you faced while organizing your tech fest?

I said at 1st everything went really smooth but when the days came closer and closer we faced some financial problems. So we tried to get more sponsors for it.

Then he asked if I make you the governor if Indian reserve bank what steps would you take to improve Indian economy?

I replied sir I will make a Committee who will make a report on the reasons of Indian economic disaster. Then I will take actions based on that report.

Then he asked me some other questions but I don\'t remember all of them.

Then at last he asked me to rate him on a scale of 10 as an interviewer.

I answered sir I am not in a position to rate you but you insist I will give you 9 as there is still a room for improvement for everyone.

Then he said " you can leave now".
