Infosys Interview Experience - Faridabad, October 23rd and 24th 2013

Hi everyone!
Infosys came to my campus Lingayas university on 23 and 24 Oct 2013.
There were 240 students who appeared for the aptitude test which was held on 23rd Oct.
The test was very simple. All it required was concentration and presence of mind.
Out of 214, 116 cleared the aptitude test.
The next day, it was the interview round. HR and technical both in a single round.
We had to face only one HR person.
Q.1 So how are you feeling today?
Q.2 Tell me about yourself
Q.3 Why did you choose IT?
Q.4 What project are you doing currently? Its details, technologies used.
Q.5 What technologies did you learn in your course curriculum?
Q.6 WAP in C with proper syntax to find prime no out of \'n\' no.s
Q.7 Any situation in the past where you had to face difficulty? How did you fight it? What did you learn from it?
Q.8 Any situation im the past where you failed to submit any assignment in colg or a task during internship? What did you learn from it?
Q.9 Since i had mentioned php in my resume, i was asked to write a program to show database connectivity and design a login pase using php.
Q.10 Any situation in the past where you had to lead a team? How did you manage? How do you rate yourself in that?
Q.11 Ready to relocate?
Q.12 Comfortable to learn new technologies during infosys training?
That\'s it!
Results were announced at around 7.45pm and I got selected.
The interview is all about your confidence, communication skills, approach towards a question being put up, logics and lastly knowledge!
Don\'t be too nervous. Take it as a normal interactive session.
