Hi Friends
I got placed in infosys thro\' off-campus held in our college. First 10 puzzles were given and the time duration was 1 hour.
Secondly verbal --- was easy- half an hour
then the HR interview -- was really cool.
I remember few questions and iam providing the same
1. There are a group of friends went to a hotel and the bill was 2400rs. they all agreed to share equally.unfortunately two of the left their purse at home. now in order to settle the bill the group members have to pay 100 more to settle the bill.how many were there in the group.
Ans. 8
2. Some x started with purse full of money. she spent half of the money in a store and gave one rupee as donation,then spent half of what she had in a nice restuarant plus rs 2 to the waiter and spent half for buying books plus gave rs. three to a beggar and she left with rs1. how much she had initially.
the question was something like this ... not sure.. but the Ans is 42
3. Among the four only one tells the truth. find out the guilty man

4. My cousin came to my house and we played the game of chess evry day.
we agreed that who ever wins must owe a chocolate to the other. finally I won more games than her though she herself is a winner of 12 games.she gave me 8 chocolates. So how many daya she stayed in my house.
Ans. 32 days
