Hi All job Aspirants, The Indian Navy visited our college on 30 September 2013, the selection procedure is too easy (up to SSB).
Eligibility Criteria:
1. It's a University Entry Scheme So the candidate is less than 23 years old.
2. 60% aggregate in B.E/B.TECH.
3. Minimum physical as per Navy Standard.
Package: 7.24 lakhs PA.
Selection Procedure:
1. GD.
2. Personal Interview & Technical Interview.
3. SSB for 5 days (Really hard).
The process started at 10 am there are 200 candidates were eligible, they make a team of 10 people.
First-round GD:
1. Talk like a sniper, say one point but it should be sharp because time given is too short.
2. Follow the GD ethics.
3. Don't do overact for leadership they are very clever they catch you in seconds.
They selected 4 out of 10 and I am one of them.
Second round PI:
Simple question related to Yourself. Aspirants be truthful to yourself. Do no lie!
Me: May I come, Sir?
HR: Yes! take sit!
Me: Thank you, sir!
HR: For the next 5 minutes tell me about yourself.
Me: Told! But nearly 3 minutes.
HR: Asked about Hobbies!
Me: Told!
(HR cross-check all to verify!)
HR: Draw a map of India! and mark the Bhubaneshwar, Kochi, Chennai, Vishakhapattanum!
Me: Drawn! n placed the city!
HR: Why the Navy?
Me: Told!
HR: If I make you PM what are your 3 priorities?
Me: Told!
HR: Are you read newspapers?
Me: Yes!
HR: Today's national news?
Me: Think while and tell!
HR: What are your 3 priorities? Told me again?
Me: Told and Explained.
HR: Told me about your hometown. Why should I come there?
Me: Told!
HR: You are not looking strong how did you survive in the Navy?
Me: Told! (he impressed).
After 30 minutes, he allows me to leave! Results are not declared. Waiting for E-mail as SSB calls later!
