Hi, All I want to share my IKSULA experience with you I hope it will help full for you. I applied to the Iksula as a PHP developer it was a walk in and the 1st round was Aptitude test. The test contains PHP MCQs with Aptitude question. I cleared the aptitude and after that we went for GD. In GD they judge your confidence, team approach. Be confident don't be afraid. Hopefully, I have cleared the GD also. And then the HR call me for next round as a technical interview.

In technical they ask me all basic questions what is PHP, Array, function guys I have suggestion reading all basic PHP. Read from PHPTPOINT there is no need to read advanced concepts. Finally, HR came with me and said you have cleared the technical interview and come for next round as a manager round. The next day manager round was there the manager was very good guy he was decent they just ask me basic questions like tell me about yourself, my family background, project, and why this job is important for you. Guys show your need why this job is important for you and tell him how you will be good for company.

The HR came for me and asked me if you got selected. At that time I was very happy I had no words to show my happiness in front of HR.

Guys one thing keep patient they provided the offer letter definitely but they took time probably 1 month so keep patient they will give the offer letter.
