Hey. IBS interviews can be cracked with some practice and effort. The process was as follows.

First they had an aptitude test. The test had following sections.

1. Mathematical. General aptitude that contains questions from distance and speed, permutations, combinations, number systems, etc.

2. Logical. Also simple questions like groups and combinations, arrangement, relations, etc.

3. Verbal.

4. Technical. It has basic output questions, and other basic topics like oops, C, etc.

After the aptitude test, there was a technical interview. They test our knowledge in things we tell we are good at. Also they ask basic C questions, oops, dbms, etc. Be thorough with the new technological advancements.

After the technical, we had the HR round. HR round is also an elimination round, they ask puzzles to solve. Even if you can\'t answer the puzzle, be brave and confident. Try to impress the hr since eliminations can occur here also. They ask about our family, strengths, weakness, etc.
