Placement Papers - IBM

IBM visited our campus on 3rd October, 2017.
Eligibility criteria:   Class 10: 60%.
                Class 12: 60%.
                B-Tech   : 6.5 CGPA.

I will serially mention each and every step of their recruitment process.

1. Per placement Talk:

  Here they described their company\'s growth and their achievements. They also described their process of recruitment and package for freshers.

2. Round 1: Online MCQ Test:

  It consisted of 3 different sections with the first 2 having a time limit of 2 mins 15 sec on every question and the third one with an overall time of 20 mins.

  Section 1: 18 questions on \'Series of numbers\'.
  Section 2: 18 questions on \'Quantitative Aptitude\'.
  Section 3: 22 questions on \' English Communication\'.

Note:

*Series questions are directly from IndiaBix site. So practice hard and they will be very easy to you.

*Quantitative questions are very easy and based only on calculations. You should be fast in solving these.

*English Communication questions are basically from Business email, Business letter formats and rules.It also covered topics from Grammar like Change of Speech, Voice Change, Punctuation error, Sentence Correction, etc.

*There is sectional Cut off.

2. Round 2: Verification of Documents and Bio-metric. They verify your original documents and also take your fingerprint.

3. Round 3: Interview. Here they do not focus on technical ability. They mainly focus on communication, speaking power, smartness.

Prepare your CV well.

Note: * Once you clear Round 1, keep all your original documents properly along with you and you are almost selected for the job.
