IBS Interview Experience - September 2015

There are 4 stages.
1. Aptitude (Give importance to Quantitative).
2. GD (Be confident).
3. Tech interview (Have some knowledge about those things in Resume).
4. HR interview (Be confident and calm).
It was a pool drive conducted by IBS for MCA and B.Tech. Their cut off was 70% consistency. Total of 120 were there. First they conducted the Aptitude. It was quite hard but I think the cut off will be low. They selected 40 people for next round. It was GD. In each group there were 8 members. After that they will call for Technical Interview. I got the questions like write the SQL query (for whatever they say), Questions from C, C++, Java will be there. After that there was a HR interview. There we have to show our confidence. They will ask some logical questions. Don\'t be upset. Take time and solve it. After all these 4 stages they select 10 people. It was a good experience.
