My IBM interview experience:

Hi all,

IBM company had visited our college on Nov 19th 2014.

For campus recruitment.

First of all, I would like to say that I\'m very much we proud to be an IBMer.

The first round was as usual aptitude.

It was quite medium with 2min 15sec for each question with 30sec break after each question.

Among those who written 16 cleared aptitude round.

Once you cleared this round your 90% selected.

The second round was communication round which just checked your fluency in English
Among 16- 11 were selected.

Then final round was HR round in other words it\'s just a sample round.

The HR officials were so friendly and they take too much time to interview this round.

If you enter this round your 95% selected.

Finally among 11 at last 10 were selected.

I\'m one among them.

Proud to be an IBMer.

My advice is that be confident.

You can easily crack.

To be frank I was rejected at 8 companies previously.
