Hai friends first of all I would like to say thanks for indiabix. It helped me a lot in the whole preparation.

And now I want to share my experience with all of you.

It took four days for the whole completion of online tests.

1). Aptitude & reasoning (18, 18).
2). Online kenaxa online communication exam.

And my HR interview went like this:.

1). Tell me about yourself for five minutes (don\'t mention about your project) ?

I said for three minutes and he said still two minutes is there. So I again started saying about my fav actor.

2). Why you like him?

Then I said I like his style.

3). You said you are self motivated (I said it as my strengths) how, justify it?

I said one example about failure in my subject. And he asked apart from studies give me one example.

4). Why should I hire you?

5). What is radar? (as I was from ECE).

6). And he asked about NCC? (as I was NCC cadet).

7). And finally do you any questions for me?

And then finally after completion of all students they announced the list of candidates who are not selected and my name is not there.

After announcing they appreciated all of us and said ALL THE BEST.

Remember one thing guys, IBM HR is very easy round. Don\'t get tense, just be confident.

Out of 47 students they selected 40 students.
