Placement Papers - IBM

First round in IBM :

18 series questions, 18 aptitude questions, for each question nearly 2 mins time then automatically redirected to next question. Then they will tell results within 10 mins whether qualified for next round or not.

Second round:

English online test, 22 questions in 20 mins but there is timer on the screen. Results will be announced after test with in 10 mins. Test covers business email etiquettes, active, passive voice questions and questions like why blue ink used for doing signatures like this?

Final round (Tech+HR) :

Interview is based on the hr you will get, some people got technical questions, for some people only hr questions has asked, for some both.

For me, only HR questions asked like,

Tell me about yourself,
About my project,
Team work best or individual wok?
If any conflicts in the team what you will do?
About your family?

Totally interview was so cool. Be confident and you can crack interview easily.

Then after 1 hour they announced the results and my name was in the list.
