Placement Papers - IBM

Hello Friends,

IBM placement paper pattern :

1st round : ONLINE TEST.

There are 2 sections, each consists of 18 questions.

There is a time limit for each question and i.e. 2:15 minutes and you cannot move back to previous question.

First set of 18 questions are based on the concept of number series, you have to find the next term in the series.

Practice these questions from indiaBix.com, because some questions are repeated every time.

Second set of 18 questions are from quantitative maths :

Important topics to be covered for it are,

1- Time and Work.
2- Time and Distance.
3- Profits and loss.
4- Percentage.
5- Averages.

Selected students are called to take the 2nd round.

Details of 2nd round:

There are 22 questions in the test, and time limit is 20 minutes, for whole test.

Questions are based on general knowledge of these topics :

1- Punctuation.
2- Business letters and Emails.
3- Active and passive voice.
4- Salutation.

Those students who passed the cut-off are called for interview:

You have to be prepared for technical and HR interview.

My interviewer asked the questions based on SITUATIONS, like.

1- Team leader related,

2- He wants to get his house painted, and I am the painter, what things I have to keep in mind ?

3- Something related to my project.

4- Some general HR questions.

My interview continued for 45 minutes, and when the results are announced my name was there. Happiest moment of life.
