Hi IndiaBix Readers,

I would like to share my IBM Referral Off-campus drive interview experience held at S. A Engineering College on 10th January 2014.

The first and foremost process is Document Verification, One must have throughout 70 percentage to attend the interview process with IBM.

The People from IBM HRD will verify your 10th, 12th and degree aggregates whether you got above 70% in all or not. If someone don\'t have 70 in any of 10th, 12th and degree they will not be allowed to take up the interview process.

Then the real process starts. First round is Online Aptitude Test which includes Number series and arithmetic aptitude. Totally 18 Number series questions and 18 arithmetic ability questions were given. But the challenge is you have to complete each question within 2.15 mins. The timer will be running in the bottom of the test window.

The number series questions will be like,

1) 3, 6, 0, 18, 4, 5, 1, 20, 5, 1, 6, ? answer 30.
2) 49, 7, 98, 16, 4, 48, 36, 6, 144, 25, 5, ? answer 125.
3) 5, 6, 6. 5, 7. 5, 7, 7, 8, 9. 5, 8. 5, ? answer 11.
4) 3, 3, 4, 10, 1, 4, 7, 12, 5, 4, 3, 12, 7, 6, 2, ?

And some more questions from number series.

This section is very very easy. I have answered 17 out 18 correctly.

They will consider this section seriously, If you got more than 15 in the number series, you are well in for the next round.

Prepare from websites like IndiaBix, workout the previous question papers.

The as the continuation with this number series 18 arithmetic questions asked, that too have 2. 15 mins time frame.

Study basic aptitude sections like Time and Work, Percentage, Profit or Loss, Partnership, Ratio and Proportion, Compound interest. Only these are enough, do not study all topics of aptitude.

Then the results were announced after 2 hours. I know I will be one of the shortlisted candidates.

Then the second round was conducted after 1 hour lunch break.

Second round is KENEXA ONLINE COMMUNICATION TEST which consists of 22 questions had a time limit of 20 mins.

In this part the questions will be from basic Pronouns, Active voice, Passive voice, Punctuation, Capitalization, and Email Etiquette.

Unfortunately I had\'t cleared that round, I thought I did well but am not lucky enough to be shortlisted.

So Please prepare on those above topics well, you have to get 15 out of 22.

Though am not shortlisted in the second round, but its a great experience for me.

All the best for your future. :-).
