Hello friends,
I got placed in an off Campus drive of IBM which was conducted at G. H Raisoni Engineering College, Pune.
There were four rounds.
1 - Online Aptitude Test.
2 - Online English Assessment (Most of the time they told to write email but in our case there was an online exam).
3 - Group Discussion (12 candidates in my group & luckily all got selected.
GD Topic --> Is private institution better to get a job in IT.
4 - GD + P. I (Mostly they will check your basic technical knowledge & your communication skills to handle any situation).
My Friend \'Law of attraction is really help us to what we want to achieve\' I always passionate to work for BIG I.T company and finally I got IBM (My Dream Company).
I am sharing my experience with you all job aspirants and hope this will help you to get your own dreams. Few tips are as follows.
(a) - Make you aptitude strong (prefer to complete Barron (GRE) , are. S agarwal because in every company first round is aptitude, and if you can clear this then only you can move to further rounds.
(b) - Must have good and impressive communication skills.
(c) - In IBM, they will ask technical related to DataBase (normalization, referential integrity constraints) , searching, sorting. But in my case they asked cloud computing & very few about java.
One more thing which I want to share with you all that have faith in GOD and if you really passionate or truly and honestly did hard work you will really get what you want in your life.
Finally, By GOD Grace and well wishes of my dear ones, I got placed in IBM. This was the best moment of my Life when I heard that now \'I am an IBMER\' :) :).
