Hi i had attended the off campus drive conducted by IBM and the round are

1.Written Test

In this round we are had normal aptitude questions and to attend this test preparing R.S.AGARWAL book is enough.it is an online test.and there is no questions related to simple interest,compound interest.and to attend IBM interview go through recently
conducted IBM papers the pattern will be understood very easily.on that day they gave more questions on number series and some times they will give more questions on matrices.and prepare other aptitude topics thoroughly then you can easily qualify in the first round.and they will take more students in the first round.

2. E-mail writing round

Here they will give one topic we have to send the mail to our client explaining that topic.we have 15min time for this round.we have to write the content in the paper given by them we have to write 8 to 10 lines content only.they will check our english
and mail format should be correct
this is also an elimination round in this round they will eliminate maximum number of students.

3.GD round

In this the panel consists of 10members they will give one topic and 20min to speak.we have to speak minimum 2 to 3 times and they will eliminate 1 or 2 mem from this round.but sometimes if we speak well also they will not consider them why i too don\'t know.and it will depend on your luck.

4. Technical

For our batch they directly conduct the HR

5. HR round

Normal HR questions
and be confident while answering the questions

and if you got the job in IBM that will be the turning point in your life.so many innovations took place by IBM
