Hi all.
I am an ECE student.
On the day I attended this written test, I was in a sad mood because.
I attended 11 companies and was not even selected.
But Hyundai is the better and best opportunity than all those 11 companies.
So I suggest you please be patience and put in your efforts continuously.
Then you catch the best company.
This is a huge drive conducted for all ECE and MECHANICAL students all over.
Andhrapradesh total of fifty colleges from Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Tirupathi, and Visakapatanam.
Only 100 students are selected from all these colleges 85 mechanical and 15 from ece.
I was selected to Hyundai Centre Hyderabad in a placement drive conducted at our college.
200 students attended this drive from We Are Siddhartha and pvp siddhartha only four were selected at last.
I am one of them.
All the rounds are not conducted at our colleges they usually conduct written tests at our college and the remaining rounds at Hyundai r&d center Hyderabad.
This process takes a total time of four months to complete all five rounds.
There is a gap of two months after the written test to declare results.
Next after the interview, it takes 45 days, they conduct all three rounds on the same day.
Psychometry on the test is conducted after 45 days of interview then results will be announced after three weeks.
Generally, psychometry is easy but that is also an elimination round.
This interview contains a total of five rounds.
1. Written test.
2. Technical Round.
3. HR.
4. HOD.
5. Psychometry test.
1. The written test contains only EDC and time and distance problems.
2. They test your confidence, ability, hard work and achievements in HR.
3. They asked about my project and showed a solution to reduce petrol consumption in an electronic way.
Technical Round gave me a list of seven questions on a paper with multiple choices.
All the questions are based on EDC and DLD.
I avoided all my negative expressions even if I said some wrong.
4. HOD round by Korean experts they check your attitude and likeness to the job.
5. The psychometry test is the last round.
Using this test they test your mindset and to know your behaviour about your team meats, leadership skills, friendship etc.
This Psychometry test is an online test total of 84 questions time is 15 to 30 minutes.
