I have attended hewlett packard enterprise off campus drive for 2016 batch in Bangalore, the eligibility criteria was 60%. Around 506 students appeared for the interview.
1) 1st round was a long boring presentation of company, they were advertising about the company since 2 hours like a sales guy.
2) They made a group of 20 people, it was a jam session, here they will ask you to introduce yourself & speak for a min in any topic of your own choice, most of the people spoke really well, but only 3 people out of 20 was selected, you\'ll wonder how can a student who made so many grammatical mistake, was pretty nervous, had so poor speaking skill get selected.
3) Aptitude round:quant, little bit reasoning, technical apti.
4) Technical round:prepare only for the basics.
5) Teaching round:as the job profile was of a Technical consultancy solution, they will teach you something in this round which will be very informative & they will tell you to teach them back, they\'ll just check how quick learner you are.
6) Operational round.
7) Hr round:if you come up to this, that means you are already selected, they have already eliminated a Huge number of students, it\'s just a formal round, you have to be very polite & down towards.
If you have a bad speaking skill & technical knowledge, don\'t worry, if luck favors, you might get selected, if you are a deserving student to get this job, then don\'t worry if they reject you. Because they will take students according to their limited vacancy & they are not going to give a feedback, why they have rejected you.
