There are two steps of selection.
The first is the aptitude test and the second is the HR interview.
In the first round. Many were selected and the question paper is very easy. The questions are mainly based on.
1. Speed and distance.
2. General knowledge.
3. English.
The second round:-
The HR is very friendly and asks some basic questions and goes through my CV and some questions from it.
1. What do we understand by decision making skills?
2. What are the qualities of leadership?
