Hi friends,
Happy New Year to all :). Before sharing the interview experience, let me share the struggle that I faced to get a job. I have attended nearly 10 companies all of which are IT's. However being a student from Mechanical Engineering Stream, I wish to showcase my talents in my core company.
Now, after a sound Pongal holiday, I was informed that, there was a off campus in a college where my name is suggested to attend the interview. The Pre Placement talk was so genuine, encouraging and motivating. There were around 600 competitors from all over Tamil Nadu, and the agenda goes like this, Aptitude round, GD, Tech HR and a Personal HR.
Aptitude was a mix of verbal, nonverbal, technical, and quantitative. It was easy if you have prepared well and some basic knowledge about the subjects. Out of 600 students, 107 were selected and I was called to the GD.
GD is easy if you used to share your knowledge with your friends in your college. Out of 107, 42 were selected and I was asked to attend Tech and General HR.
Tech HR was all about technical questions, your projects, and your pros and cons, while general HR was about yourself. At the end of the day. I received my Offer letter :).
