I am a silent member of the group, 17 nov i got offer letter from hexaware.

there r three rounds
1:aptitude
2:GD
3:tech.&hr interview

Aptitude will be simple and all who got above 50%got call for GD.
GD is where u have to focus, be confident and speak fluently keeping eye on all.
Be agreesive if ur members are not willing to allow u to speak.
interview will be highly focused in fundamentals nothing more.
