HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE - 27 JAN 2015 AT DYPCOE AKURDI PUNE.

Hi, all.
I attended Hexaware pooled off-campus in D Y PATIL COE AKURDI PUNE.
Actually I am posting this experience after joining Hexaware. It\'s been 4 month now I\'m part of HEXAWARE. So I don\'t remember about anything in aptitude but just want to tell you that HEXAWARE is REALLY great company.
The first day they have conducted ESSAY, Aptitude, Group discussion and programming test. Aptitude consists 75 questions.
1. Before Aptitude, they give some one additional blank sheet to write an essay on our own topic. Please prepare any topic of your own choice. Don\'t take it carelessly because that only going to help you in final HR.
2. English proficiency like (Synonyms, Verbal, etc. Easy to crack it. ).
3. General knowledge (5 questions) , (December 1 is - a) Aids day b) Women day, etc. ) Current affairs etc.
4. Aptitude very tuff. Question on Time-work, Probability (6 q).
5. Then the remaining part contains only core basics. I am from Computer branch. The technical section consist of questions on c programming code snippet, operating system, compiler design, questions on Logic gates.
They announced the results after 7 -8 hours. I got selected in 1st round. They have grouped us into 15 people in each group. We are given 15mins to select the topic. From our group they have selected only 5 including me.
After Group Discussion short-listed candidates are allowed to sit in one room, there they gave us one question paper. Q Paper is different for IT and Non IT branches. Paper consists of two sections core questions and programming.
In that they have asked to write a programs (you can use any language C, C++, Java).
I> Programs are simple (accept 10 no\'s and find avg of it, print * * * * (Left aligned pyramid) , reverse the string without reverse function etc. ) (prepare all pattern programs).
II> They have given a table and we have to extract the data from given table based on query. (use C, C++, java).
III> SQL queries.
Next day, we are asked to come for the Technical and Personal HR round.
Technical interview was quite tough.
I> Asked about Interested Programming language.
II>Questions on core JAVA (not oops, Design pattern, Multithreading, collection framework).
III> Many questions on JDBC, SERVLET JSP, SPRING.
At-last project.
Guys prepare well for technical interview.
After technical interview, he asked me to go for the HR interview.
HR round was tricky. My English was very weak. So he said I can\'t select you.
You need to improve yourself. Then what will you do to improve yourself. Family background. How many interviews you have attended? and many more.
After two days, got a mail "You are selected". Joining within 3 days.
And believe me that was one of the best moment ever.
