Hexaware Techonologies Interview Experience - Salem, May 4, 2014

Hi Job Seekers,
This is all about my experience that I had when I attended interview at Hexaware Technologies on May 4th 2014 at Salem, Tamil Nadu.
It was a pooled off campus drive. Totally 443 attended the drive [I still remember the count as I was the last one to get the Token which I have till now].
First there was a pre-placement talk by HR. [I missed it completely as I was late].
There were 4 rounds:
1. Written & Essay Writing.
2. Group discussion.
3. Technical Interview.
4. HR.
1. Written & Essay Writing:
Here. It was mix of all. Aptitude. English. Basic Technical questions. Before that we were classified as IT and Non IT background.
And we were given a piece of white sheet and told to write about any topic. These not needed to be technical. Wrote about my grandfather with a topic "Man who Inspired me Most". Care should be taken while handling grammar and Giving title.
After giving the written, I was damn tired because of continuous travel and I almost had no hope of clearing and slept. After 1 hour the names for next round were read by coordinators. Surprisingly I was shortlisted. I Was literally into Interview Mode after that.
2. Group discussion:
This is the round where major filtration were DONE.
We were divided into many groups with 12-15 in each. Each one of us were asked to speak about "INDIA". I spoke with my 100% confidence. Added current affairs Since that were time of Prime mister election I added few with finishing touch of Agriculture.
Out of 15, 2 went to next round and I was the one among them.
My Confidence level at that moment was 100%.
3. Technical Round:
Before this round I had so much of questions. But it was either my Luck or My Microsoft Certification. This round was very easy for me.
HR: Area of interest?
Me: told.
HR: What is VB. Net?
Me: told.
HR: About certicifiation?
Me: told.
HR: About projects?
Me: Told.
HR: "So you escaped from Writing program?".
Me: "No Problem Sir! You can shoot me the questions. I am Ready to write programs "With my 100% Confidence and proper eye contact.
HR: "Cool Gentleman! you can move to next round".
Cool ! My Confidence level was 200%.
4. HR Round:
This round was basically a normal round. Like About our self. About company. Strength. Weakness. So and so.
Make sure that you give them unique points that no one gives.
I gave my best in that round too and I was very sure that I had become a Hexaware Employee.
After coming out, I called my Mom and told "Amma ! I got a Job Finally!" with tears.
The Next day I got my offer letter.
Really First Job is Like none can be replaced.
